Harmony Journeys is the name of our sacred tours programme. Not only are sacred tours a wonderful way to see international sites which have inspired generations, it is also unbelievable how much spiritual clarity and psychic growth comes from these experiences.
On these tours, the itineraries will include access to special sites and energy 'hotspots' not usually included on tourist visits to these destinations. Where possible, they are being planned to tie-in with the opening of new galactic portals, these being dates when we experience heightened energy vibrations.
Personal healings and initiations will also be available during the fully escorted visits.
Joanna adds:
"I feel that after the first few Harmony Journeys, we will develop a core of caring spiritual individuals who will become like a family, travelling together to bring love, light and harmony to a network of key sites. Of course we will welcome newcomers on each trip too. We will be given a global healing task for each trip, we may not know what that task is, or even need to know. This is not my ‘ego’ talking, I believe that our spirit and angelic helpers are looking for dedicated Lightworkers (a term used to describe someone who is either already a healer or is interested in healing) to spread their genuine concern for the planet and desire for global unity.

year, we have a UK Tour to the Sacred Triangle (Avebury, Amesbury and Glastonbury), often viewed as the Heart Chakra of the World, sometimes to coincide with the Summer Solstice at Stonehenge.

Joanna is occasionally available to personally escort visitors to the Avebury, Stonehenge and Glastonbury area. The cost of this personal service is UK£125 per person per day (plus any accommodation costs if required) and is subject to a minimum of two participants. Sekh Em or other angelic attunements can be included as an extra and private access to Stonehenge may be possible (at additional cost) if sufficient notice is given. All trips will be escorted by Joanna Bristow-Watkins, Reyad Sekh Em (Egyptian Reiki) Master, practitioner and teacher. Joanna also uses angelic and crystalline energies, sacred breathing and sound healing techniques. She creates her own Merkaba field every day and will create and maintain a group Merkaba field throughout the trips.
For groups exceeding 20 participants, each trip will have a second escort with healing experience and a local guide will also used throughout.

This itinerary provisionally includes a 7 night Nile Cruise to/from Luxor, taking in the valley of the Kings and Queens, the Temple of Hatshepsut, Edfu, Kom Ombo, Aswan, Temple of Philae and the Temples of Luxor and Karnak. Also featuring a journey from Giza along the Nile by coach via Dendara, Abydos and Tel El Amarna, private access to the Great Pyramid during the amazing Egyptian Window (the period between 10th and 20th January every year; when special heightened energies take place) and Sphinx, and 3/4 nights accommodation at Gouda's wonderful Sphinx Guest House overlooking the Giza Plateau.
Tel El Amarna is 3-5 hours away from Giza and has to be visited to be believed! It is a like a parallel universe housed in this dimension, even as you cross the Nile tributary to get there you feel as if you are shifting into a dream reality. At the ruins themselves there is a definite connection with the Christ Consciousness Energy and many of us have experienced parallel episodes concurrent with the Christ era whilst at this amazing place.
Egypt simply oozes with powerful and sacred energy hotspots. Ancient sites where the veil between this and other higher vibrational worlds and dimensions is thin. As your soles touch the Egyptian soil, so the depth of your soul is also touched and a personal journey of awakening commences.
Joanna has been taking tuition from Hakim - a 72 year-old indigenous Khemitian. The traditional name for Egypt is Khemit, pronounced Khempt. Hakim is the latest in a line of oral tradition keepers of the ancient Khemitian wisdom. Hakim says that the word Egypt was derived from the Greek Hit Kha Ptah, translating as I have come to the place of the image of the Sun and the word Pyramid is also Greek referring to what is on the horizon. The Khemitian word for Pyramid is Per Neter meaning House of Nature or even House of God God which was the real purpose of the pyramids at Giza. He says they were created as places of worship, unity with our environment and each other, and for initiation into higher spiritual awareness - they were not build as burial chambers at all. Hakim also explains that we have in fact not just 5 senses (sight, smell, taste, hearing and touch) but 360 and that the remaining 355 are dormant until we awake them along our spiritual path. Visiting ancient Sacred Sites is one way to do this, receiving and learning Sekh Em healing (and/or other energy healing techniques) is another.

REVIEW OF THE LAST 10 day fibonacci Sacred SITES OF EgypT - May 2005
The last Harmony Journeys Egypt trip (29th April – 8th May 2005) was fantastic and I must say I feel so privileged to have led such a wonderful group of individuals. Despite the reputation of Egypt for tummy bugs, no-one missed anything on the packed 10 day schedule due to ill-health!
Once again we meditated between the paws of the Sphinx and made it into all the chambers of the Great Pyramid. Everybody took turns to lie in the Sarcophagus (if they wanted to) and have their name harmoniously sung to them and we also took perfect 5th tuning forks into the Kings Chamber and chanted Hekau (Egyptian mantras or power words) as well as singing the Melchisadec chant, which always sounds so beautiful with the acoustics in this incredible chamber. In the Lower Chamber, one of our party, who has always suffered claustrophobia and fear of the dark, made it into the 4th dimensional tunnel on her own without a torch! Later eight others joined her and as this is renowned for being somewhere thoughts manifest, we put maximum effort into wishing the world would become a better place - soon …
We also made it into Abu Gurab, the source of the Fibonacci spiral for an early morning meditation and spent the high energy 05/05/05 (Ascension Day no less on the Christian Calendar) at the wonderful Tel El Amarna, where once again we were not disappointed.
Here the newly finalised Reyad Sekh Em Level Three initiations were undertaken for the first time, facing the East towards the brilliant sun. Even as the first initiate approached for their attunement to Oon (The third stage, meaning Wise) extra information was being channelled advising that the recipient should stand in the shape of the 5 pointed star (like Leonardo’s Canon) whilst the attunements were carried out.
A second attunement to Thoth was conducted at another energy hotspot. I was elated by the feedback, all candidates were overwhelmed by the experience and have gone on to rave about the benefits and thoroughly enjoy the follow-up theory and practical day.
Level Three concentrated on the Khemitian (Ancient Egyptian) view of man’s nine energy bodies and how these interact with nine recognised dimensions, key Khemitian Deities, detecting and removing etheric devices (Melchisadec Devices, sacred truth deterrents and past life energy constructs – see forthcoming article in Paradigm Shift and September Workshop) and how removing them opens up Axiatonal Lines – a Higher self meridian system facilitating faster progress along the spiritual path. Full with eight participants, plus one attending remotely in Canada having had the attunements in Egypt, I already have demand for another Level Three course series.
Guatemala - Crystal Skulls Trail

This exciting itinerary is based on the route of the recent Sacred Gathering of all the Mayan tribes which had not taken place previously for 5,126 years!
This Gathering of indigenous elders and wisdom-keepers, predicted by the ancient Mayans in their sacred divinatory calendar, took place in Guatemala to discuss the knowledge of the crystal skulls, the ancient calendar and other great prophecies about the future.
Under guidance of the local Mayan elders, this itinerary is being prepared and should be announced later this summer. Please note that the wisdom keepers have insisted that all participants are screened to ensure they are ready for this spiritual experience!
Crystal Skulls
Like DNA, the crystal skulls are like a set of directions, a blueprint or a template for the role of humanity within the universe. They help us to see the whole picture, they can help us to see our total potential and also our own limitations. Like the DNA inside each and every living cell, the crystal skulls present us with the information about where we have come from and what we should be. They show us where we are going and present us with the full image of what we are able to become.
The fact that the crystal skulls are made of quartz crystal represents the clarity of the membrane that exists between worlds, the physical world and the spirit world. The crystal skulls teach us that we are all spiritual beings in physical bodies. They show us that our physical world is not really separate from the dimensions of the spirit world.
Indigenous people all over the world have long believed that quartz crystal can provide an access point into the spiritual dimension. Some people are able to use the skulls to transit the different dimensions, to go from the physical world into the non-physical world and find answers or make changes or perform healings which can also affect us back in our ordinary physical world. This is what the Native American Indians mean when they say that their ancestors are still walking with them in this world. Indeed there are certain places on this Earth where the membrane between worlds is very thin, like in Guatemala, where the visible and invisible worlds almost collide.
According to their oral traditions, the Mayans’ earliest ancestors had come from Atlantis, bringing the crystal skulls with them. The beings from this great lost civilisation placed the essence of their minds within the crystal. They saw that their home would soon be destroyed and wished to preserve their knowledge for use in the future.
The Maya are regarded by many of the other native tribes not only as “the keepers of the skulls” but also as “the keepers of time”. They were given the burden of looking after many of the skulls, of counting the days and being the callers to each of the other tribes. According to these Mayan day-keepers, the time is fast approaching when it will be necessary for the knowledge of the skulls to go out into the world.

Review of previous UK Heart Chakra Tour 18th - 25th June 2005
We stayed in charming mews cottages (converted stables) with self catering facilities (bed and continental breakfast) in an ideal location within a few miles of
Stonehenge. In a lovely, quiet country location the setting is perfect for mini workshops, meditations and performing the sort of global miracles we require.
The cost was £650 per person (twin share) including: -
Transfers from London Heathrow Airport for overseas participants 7 nights accommodation as detailed above and the following activities/tours led by Joanna Bristow-Watkins: - Experiencing the Summer Solstice within the confines of Stonehenge itself;
Visit to Glastonbury, taking in Chalice Wells, The Tor (with meditation at portal location) and The Abbey (if time);
Visit to Avebury stone circle (including meditational procession along the Michael Ley-Line to the star gate as in ancient times), West Kennett Longbarrow and Silbury Hill;
Crop Circles if available (this is the very start of the Crop Circle Season);
Healing share sessions; mini-workshops and angelic meditations.

Two people opted to study Reyad Sekh Em Egyptian healing initiations and courses on location (including Avebury) during the week.
For the UK Heart Chakra Tour (18th – 25th June) we were based at a converted stables in Britford, near Salisbury. It proved a lovely setting with a private enclosed English Cottage Garden and fantastic weather all week until the last day.
On Sunday, we had fun adventures at Glastonbury Tor and Chalice Wells, contemplating angelic channellings in the sunshine. On Monday we went to Old Sarum, for what we expected to be a brief visit, after four hours we left having completed a very powerful spontaneous ceremony where 4 pillars of light were created by merging our heart chakra energies. We connected the pillars so that there was a tube contained within the circle and then we projected as much love and light into the tube as we could and imagined it radiating out across the world.
Next we visited Salisbury Cathedral and later that night we had perfect weather for the Solstice at Stonehenge. Even though we arrived after 2 a.m. (dawn was at 4.57) we moved effortlessly through 21,000 crowd and were amazed to find enough space for all seven of us at the spot we had identified between the heel stone and the stone circle. We also got the final parking slot on the end of a row, so we were able to leave really quickly afterwards.
We spent the next day enjoying an informative and stimulating talk from Andy Thomas (a well respected Crop Circle Author) and later we went to investigate some first hand. We found two next to each other where donation boxes indicated that crop circle visitors would be welcomed (or at least tolerated) and spent a couple of hours getting the ‘feel’ of them. Later we decided to go to Silbury Hill (near Avebury) for the sunset, but slow service at our chosen restaurant meant we arrived at the top of the Hill just after the sun had gone behind the horizon, but the colour of the sky was breath-taking. We decided to stay and watch the stars and night sky emerge and had a great view of Jupiter and Venus with Andy’s binoculars. As we were about to leave, we noticed the moon rising up from the horizon, it was incredible as the moon was about the size of the sun. We knew it had been a full moon that morning but were unaware at that time that this was apparently the biggest full moon for a very long time. Again this seemed to be synchronicity as we subsequently found out that whereas Stonehenge was aligned to the sun, Avebury was aligned to the feminine moon energies, so thanks to the delay at the restaurant we had once again stumbled upon the perfect combination.
Thursday was a course day for those studying Reyad Sekh Em Level 2 and a brief overview of Merkaba Lightbody technology.
On Friday we returned to Avebury, this time in the pouring rain (on and off). We got pretty wet going to the West Kennett Longbarrow and enjoyed a moving angelic channelling from Matriel – angel of rain. We met up with Kerry Blower from White Horse Recording Studios who fascinated us with her personal tale of how she came to be living in Avebury and how she likes to record spiritual projects with healers and therapists more or less exclusively. We briefly visited the Sanctuary and finished our Avebury tour with a bare footed meditative walk along the Michael Ley-Line to the Star-gate and felt the tingling after effects of the two-way energy exchange between our feet and Mother Earth – a great culmination to our trip which finished early the next day.

On 16th August 2003, we returned from a UK Tour to the Sacred Triangle (Avebury, Amesbury and Glastonbury), often viewed as the Heart Chakra of the World, to coincide with a major portal opening on 12th August that year.
Joanna's comments were as follows: -
Well last week was amazing - 27 of us spent about 9 hours in Avebury on the 12th (good job it wasn't so hot that day) starting (for the keen ones) at 3.15 by Silbury Hill where we saw what looked like at least two UFO's circling and had a great view of Mars* by the light of the Full Moon. It was truly magical and I think we were very nearly sucked through the star-gate at one point! Always good to add a bit of excitement. I had a phone interview that afternoon for BBC local radio Drive Time and wished I had had a bit more sleep beforehand as I was desperately trying to sound coherent!

The week also included 2 hours giving attunements at Stonehenge, meditating at crop circles, at Glastonbury egg where the veil between dimensions are thinnest and Shaftesbury Abbey - it's easy to forget how many sacred sites we have on our doorstep ...
Almost everybody was able to experience the astral journeys and other time warping journeys. We had a Shaman with us who drummed us through a Shamanic Journey which took me back to an underground lake which seems more familiar every time. I enjoyed the week particularly because it was a balance of leading sessions and being able to enjoy other people's sessions. We also had 'healing shares' where we were looking for and removing Atlantean Devices and past life auric memories. I was astounded to find that having performed such sessions on people the recipients were in fact then able to detect them in others (see Therapists Technique course for details of how you can experience this).
